Our Company
Napoli Construction’s heritage goes all the way back to 1956 when Andrew Napoli founded the original company in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Following World War II, with roots as a concrete finisher, Andrew became one of New York’s premier contractors during Manhattan’s “Urban Renewal Age.” Over 60 years later, with the same emphasis on integrity, expertise and customer service, Napoli Construction is thriving with repeat customers in the commercial and industrial markets.

In 2005, Tom Napoli, Andrew’s son, relaunched Napoli Construction with his son, Patrick, 49 years after the original founding.

Pat graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in 1998 and left later that year to teach Math and Physics for the Peace Corps in Africa. When he returned, he accepted a job with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and was promoted four times in 4 years while attaining his professional engineering license. With the Department of Defense, Patrick managed numerous multimillion-dollar projects on Naval and Marine Corps bases in the Southwestern United States.
In the winter of 2005 his father, Tom, discussed relaunching Napoli Construction and he moved back East with his future wife Elizabeth. Since then the company has grown out of their home offices into a company headquarters with an experienced team of engineers and staff.
Thomas Napoli

Tom graduated Manhattan College in 1970 with a BS in Civil Engineering and began working on NYC public school projects. His career advanced quickly with Bechtel Power Corporation, working on new plants in Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey. Deciding to settle in NJ, he accepted the position of Director of Construction in New Jersey for Emory Hill in 1986. Since then Tom has established himself in the tristate area building industry having directly managed over 50 million square feet of new construction.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys volunteering his time with the church; sporting clays; adventuring with his 10 grandchildren and traveling to Italy and abroad with his wife, Marian.

Planning & Teamwork
Properly scheduled projects allow for an appropriately planned workforce. In addition to the master schedule, our detailed “3-week Look-Ahead” schedules are updated weekly for our work force to plan. They appreciate this, and our fast-pay company policy.
