Tom Napoli

Tom Napoli

As founder and owner of Napoli Construction, Tom has instilled his values into the company.
Tom married his wife, Marian, in January, 1970 and graduated from Manhattan College in May of the same year with a BS in Civil Engineering.  Shortly after graduating he began work as a project superintendant on NYC public school projects which continued for five years.  During that time he had two children, Elizabeth and Andrew, and a third, Patrick, was on the way.

In 1975 Tom took a promotion with Bechtel Power Corporation and worked on nuclear power plants in Michigan, Ohio and New Jersey.  And for the next 7 years, grew his family by two more, Thomas and Kevin.  Continuing to impress, Tom gained more experience and respect in the industry and became Director of Construction for Emory Hill in 1986.  The next 15 years he established himself as a premier player in the building industry in the tri-state area and advanced his career again with RAI in 2001 as General Construction Division Manager.  Tom turned the division around, taking it from a negative asset to high profit center in only one year.  He continued his success there until he formed his own company in 2005.  Tom now successfully runs Napoli Construction.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys volunteering his time with the church, adventuring with his grandchildren, traveling to Italy with Marian, bird hunting with his Brittany spaniel, Henry, and keeping up with his large family!
