  • Managed construction of cold storage facilities in Allentown, PA and McDonough (Atlanta) Georgia.
  • Prepared bid packages, obtained subcontractor and material bids, interviewed bidders, analyzed proposals and made detailed recommendations for awarding of subcontracts.  These facilities were approximately 250,000 sq. ft. with a construction cost of $20 million each.  This position was on a project basis and was successfully completed.
